I figured she meant elitist as in "uppity negro" a reminder to her "blue-collar" supporters that he wasn't their kind. Never really knew much about her before her bid for the democratic party nomination but her whole campaign leaves a rather bitter taste... If she were to win the nomination and, subsequently, the presidency, I don't think America's reputation in the rest of the world would exactly be enhanced and, believe me, the rest of the world is pretty fed up with America's self-serving arrogance as represented by its leadership.
