Last year, I attended VONA and Hurston/Wright, but VONA was just the all-around better choice (location, price, attendees, workshop leaders, etc.). There was just a different vibe and energy there. I'm certain you'll get in. By the way, bring warm clothes. When I attended last year the weather didn't go any higher than 50--and that was in June. As I mentioned on my blog, VONA is definitely worth attending.
